Q: What is your reservation and payment policy?

A:  A deposit is required equivalent to one nights stay for on-line bookings.  Balance for the stay is due at check-in.  A different form of payment is able to be used at that time.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A:   Due to the nature of our business, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 14 days in advance.   We are able, under emergency circumstances, to apply a credit for a future stay with us minus the processing fee.  

Q: Can I change my reservation if needed?

A: You have 24 hours to change a reservation with no fee associated.  

Q: What time is check in and check out?

A: Check in is 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM

Q: Can I schedule an early check in or late check out?

A: We will do our best to accommodate schedule requests however if we have back to back guests staying we are unable to be flexible.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

A  We are happy to do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice of your stay.

Q: What time is breakfast served?

A: Breakfast is scheduled daily for 8 AM, exceptions available upon request

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: At this time we are not able to accept pets overnight in the main house.  

Q: Are there quiet hours?

A:  10 PM is the time we ask you to limit your outside noise to a dull roar.  

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings or on the outside deck surrounding the house.  Please be respectful and do not litter with your cigarrette butts.

Q: Is there WIFI or TV available?

A: We have guest WIFI available but keep in mind we are out of town and WIFI is not as fast as in the city!  We have two centrally located TVs, one upstairs and a projector TV downstairs with WIFI capability.

Q: What toiletries and amenities are provided with my stay?

A: We provide locally made all-natural body soap, hand soap and lotion.  We provide hair dryers, towels and linens.

Q: Is there a minimum stay required?

A: Any stay including a Friday or Saturday is subject to our two night minimum.  Weekdays we are able to accommodate one night at a time although we recommend staying at least two to get the full experience!

Q: What is the closest airport to you and is there transportation to your location?

A: Sunrise Farm is approximately 61 miles south of Portland so a little over an hour drive away.  For assistance with airport transportation, give us a call- we are happy to help!
